Meet Kate:

I’m a breathwork instructor, retreat facilitator, and chef and I believe the two things that sustain us most are breath and food.

For years I’ve guided breathwork and cooking at retreats across Europe and Scotland - from the mountains of Tuscany to the Scottish Highlands. This membership brings that same experience online: live, personal, and built around real connection.

My sessions are grounded, not performative. You won’t be pushed to extremes. You’ll be guided to a place of calm energy that stays with you long after the screen goes off.
