We'll meet on the 15th, 22nd, 29th Oct and 5th Nov at Antibes Market and wander in meditation—through winding lanes, along the coast, or into pine-scented trails—until we arrive at a stunning spot for a powerful SOMA Breath session with immersive headsets.

You’ll leave each morning feeling calm, clear, and glowing.

I am a multifaceted practitioner in wellness dedicated to inspiring healthy living while empowering individuals to embark on a journey of personal growth and vitality. I blend my roles as a retreat facilitator, breath work instructor, health coach, artist, and chef into crafted retreats in Europe and Scotland.

My breath work sessions help participants explore deep relaxation, unlocking new paths to wellness and self-discovery. My cooking classes demystify the kitchen so you can nourish yourself with ease. My published work provides practical guidance on well-being, while my retreats offer transformative experiences designed to rejuvenate the body, soul and mind.
